How to Return

Should you for any reason be dissatisfied, you may return the product(s) in their original packaging, in as-new condition for a refund. To return the product(s) you must request a return authorization code within 30 days of the shipping date. The issued return authorization code must be clearly visible on the package or it will not be accepted. You must ship the product(s) to Zenopium (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. within five (5) days of the date that you are issued the Return Authorization Code.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• The credit process starts as soon as we receive the returned products.
• Returns must be safely packaged, prepaid and send by a traceable method to ensure a documented delivery.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit/bank statement.
• Volume purchases are subject to a refund reduction.

Unauthorized Returns

Zenopium (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. doesn't ship improperly returned items back to the owner. Improperly returned items will be held for up to 30 days after we receive them and dispose them according to our company policy.
